Slow changing Iphone 11 IOS 14.4, how to fix?

My Iphone 11 IOS 14.4 started charging so slowly. 1 programm shows me 0.6-1.8 watts coming through the Type-C cable.
Any suggestion?

Because my Iphone start charging so slowly with my Pc

I connect my Iphone to PC via Type-C cable

When I used USB-A it works so bad, only 3W, but Type-C works perfectly
