iOS 7 is impossible even with blobs, let me use the locked door example
SEP: You basically have the keys to your current iOS door, but apple changes the door mechanism if you move out to another house (next iOS version), therefore you will have to use a new key, so you cant open the door with the old key some houses share, forcing you to use the one apple provides for the newest one (shitty example but you get it)
but, ive checked the OTA Downgrade method and your iPad is probably compatible with 10.3.3.
