#Filza doesn't show up after getting installed

I have iOS 9.3.5 and it basically refuses to show Filza on homescreen from big boss repo and other repos after installing it from either Cydia or Zebra (there was no errors during the installation and after it finishes it does say it's installed but it doesn't show up on homescreen), tried the reset uicache method through Zebra it didn't work, tried re-jailbreaking using Phoenix and then reinstalling and it didn't work, from what I can gather from r/jailbreak Filza only works when it's installed using Sileo but I can't install cuz it's for iOS 11+, and or using terminal to clear uicache (idk how to do it)

Any solutions?

Tbh everything else works

restore then use carbon or everpwnage

#

everpwnage gives you the untether automatically but carbon doesnt so for carbon you have to install it manually
