If I have some Files of tsx and all I buitl with expo dev and convert them to swift or whaterver is there a website where I cna make it install on my phoen safely without anouther app?

I have some code for an IOS app, I do not have an apple developer account and do not want to buy one, I also do not have a MAC but would like my app locally on my phone. Is there anyway to do that, without installing an app like sideload.io
