I want to downgrade my iPad 6 to 16.4 with my iPhone SE which is jailbroken. I downloaded and installed the iOS deb file but there is no guide for iOS, only MacOS and linux. Could someone help me out please?

TLDR: You'll need a USB-A to Lightning cable.
USB-C to USB-A adapters will work fine.
