As I know A12+ needs to be updated to latest after changing the battery in order to work properly
replacing it yourself and dealing with the 3rd party battery warning
Any way to do it without doing it through Apple or Apple certified repair places
Which exact battery would I need to use and where is a legitimate tutorial for this? I searched that up but couldn't figure it out hence why I posted

the only things of note when using a 3rd party battery is that theres always going to be a warning in settings, and your battery health wont show on older ios versions
i think it shows the battery health on ios 18 and 26
and maybe 17?
