either they are holding the volume lower button, another tweak is breaking it, a specific file that makes ellekit go into safe mode exists somehow (it shouldn't), or the jailbreak is miraculously broken

My volume up button was broken

And I played with it for a bit and I pressed exit safe mode

#

And it works now..
