So randomly, I think yesterday, my iphone xs max app store started acting up. So it would get stuck on install an app. And it would stay stuck for a while. When I try to fully close out the AppStore, it says “Unable to purchase app” when its already linked to my iCloud.

I am running ios 13.6.1 and I use unc0ver version 8.0.2 to jailbreak.

i uninstalled so many times

uninstalling doesn't help, it's because of the preferences
