iCloud sync not syncing

Hi! iCloud thinks it’s up to date, my phone too. But in reality they’re not, photos are not up to date but they both think they are: “synced yesterday”, that’s not true.

Other problems that could be useful to know?:
I can’t download the full resolution photos on my iPhone from iCloud, it just never loads?
Spotlight doesn’t work

iPhone 14 pro, 16.6, only trollstore.
Had jailbreaks in the past. This started happening on the 5th of December.

Any help is appreciated cuz apple don’t wanna help outdated iOS version devices

Try to make a local backup and halt the online backup, then restart it

As stated, make a local backup, then disable iCloud backups. Once completed, re enable iCloud

I had to do that some time ago and I really can’t make a local backup of almost 2tb of photos and videos (*again)

Local backups are what's on iCloud already. Just make a regular backup on your computer

Then turn off iCloud backups

Then turn them back on
