if you get the ipa from the jailbroken device though, it's not going to have the tweak in it

you are better off using trolldecrypt to get the raw decrypted ipa then use sideloadly to inject the deb into the ipa

what I just wrote above

then get the ipa

when you have the ipa, open sideloadly, switch it to export iPA mode, at the bottom add your tweak in, and hit start

once trollstore lite is installed, press the + and install the ipa from https://github.com/donato-fiore/TrollDecrypt

then, open trolldecrypt and find the app you want to decrypt. Tap on it and decrypt it. Then click the files button in the corner and send that ipa somehow to your computer. Next, install sideloadly and if on windows install itunes. Press the upper left corner and input the ipa. Press advanced options, toggle on inject ddylibs/frameworks, then press the +dylib/deb/bundle button and select your tweak. Press the settings button next to device and change signing method to export ipa. then press start and it'll finish with your tweaked ipa that you can sideload

you can also use real trollstore on a jailbroken device instead of lite works just fine (you have to install with jailbreak if you are on like iOS 16.7 or newer)
