Pretty much the title -
Got the Uno with the USB HostShield, required pads bridged, followed the instructions, made sure the Apple TV is in DFU and not recovery, etc, and now forever stuck at 'check8m started in Arduino serial console.'
And then stumbled upon some info that v 7.9 is jailbreakable. Does this apply to the checkm8 exploit also? If so, can I downgrade the firmware. Is it signed? Any workarounds.

To add insult to injury, I got three of these potentially hopeless black boxes....

What MacOS version are you also using?

Personally i've had the most success with my hackintosh on Monterey
