I just Uninstalled dopamine jail break on my iphone 11 which was running 16.5 and i just upgraded to 18. I go to app store and click instagram cloud download button, it downloads but when circle finishes it goes back to cloud icon. The insta app sits in other in my app library and has cloud logo next to it. This was also happening when i had dopamine installed, the only way i could get it to work was by side loading an alternate version of insta.
