I want to record the screen of my iPad (which is running iOS 9.3.5) and I have searched high and low for some way to record the screen. I first tried to use the AirPlay function to mirror the iPad screen to my computer and from there record the computer screen, but every two minutes the AirPlay freezes and goes literally 0 FPS. I tried using AirPlay with my Android TV as well but it didn't work, then I tried to find an app that could record my iPad screen natively, but it turns out that the screen recording feature wasn't implemented until iOS 11, Civic there were some apps To record the screen, what they did was use the AirPlay function to trick the iOS into transmitting the screen and record itself, one of the applications I found for this is called “airshou” and I tried to download it using sideloadly with an ipa that I found on the Internet, but when I try to enter the application it asks me to log in using “shou.tv” but since this website no longer exists I cannot go beyond that. I have not found any other application that allows me to record my iPad screen directly nor any application for television or computer that has smooth AirPlay and that does not freeze. Alternatively, I have an Apple TV and I suppose that there would be no lag, but even if I did, I would have no way of recording the Apple TV screen. (and also emphasize that I don't have a Mac)

I've jailbroken my ipad with phoenix (again, for ios 9.3.5) and cydia has just been working fine, i saw there was a repo that had a screen recorder but as of right now the repo has been dead since 2017 so no hopes there.

the solution is the same though, but you may want to try a third party software that lets you screen record an external devices plugged via usb
