  • Press and release volume down

When it says DFU mode disconnected, disconnect the iPad from the cable and the Apple logo should come up a bit after. When the logo comes up, immediately connect the iPad again.

When it says “Timed out waiting for download mode” just disconnect the charging cable and reconnect it right away…. The download portion should resume and finish the process.
