iphone 8 plus stuck in restore mode, nothing seems to fix it

i made the mistake of trying to install palera1n on a device that had a passcode before, and it seems to be stuck in restore. I tried to use palera1n’s tool to exit restore, nothing happens, try to reboot, nothing happens. Try to restore with itunes, nothing happens. Am i cooked?

Generally it won't get stuck in recovery

it'll just boot as normal and fail

My guess is that you have to reset since you already tried an iTunes restore, but I can't say for certain

i have been trying that, iphone will go into dfu for like 2 secs then back to recovery, also itunes says it cant contact apple restore media
