Hi, I bought an iphone 14 with icloud account and when I connect the tab to charge it constantly restarts and the apple logo appears (never loads), try flashing the system using 3uT0ols but doing quickFlash putting ios 17.6.1 is stuck at 18% and does not advance and then locks, try flashing with itunes also but gives me error 4013.
What could be the solution to this?

Is the phone icloud locked? If so we cannot help you

DFU (Device Firmware Upgrade) mode is a mode which allows a device in any condition to be restored to a fresh version of iOS (not to be confused with Recovery Mode). This can also be used to jailbreak using checkra1n and palera1n!
