trollstore can only be installed on 17.0 (out of 17.x) using trollrestore

Nugget and TrollRestore both use the same exploit but use it to do different things

TrollRestore will obv just work on 15.2-16.7RC and 17.0 versions, because that's what trollstore supports

Nugget should work on 15.2+

worth noting that trollstore works on lower than 15.2 but the exploit used doesn't work on 15-15.1.1
