I don't think this is against the rules but hear me out. I obtained a school iPad from a family member who works at the board, at first, it was MDM Locked. But our district has an amazing IT team so we were able to sort that out. What I'm trying to say is that it no longer has restrictions. Bad thing, there's this web content filtering app that is a giant pain in the ass that for some reason refuses to uninstall? It literally doesn't have the option. I can remove it from the home screen, but it doesn't have the delete option. Ive tried resetting the iPad but it just keeps appearing. No other school apps behave like this, I'm wondering if I should just contact the school about this again, or is there a workaround.
For context, it's an iPad 6th Gen running iOS 17.0.
I do not have a Mac so jailbreaking it would kinda be a pain, unless there's easier alternatives.
