Is there literally no other way to get the data off the phone? Personally it's 16kB iTunes can't transfer to the phone which is why the update fails

(used to show error 1110 until I accidentally forced an update via the forbidden software and now it's 4013)

nope, you got to full storage, and then tried updating it which means it failed an update so it couldn't even boot if it tried
