Hello, I have an iPhone 12 mini on iOS 15.4, jailbroken with Dopamine. I’m thinking of replacing the battery through Apple’s Self Service Repair, however, the manual says that the required System Configuration requires the latest iOS, but I’ve heard reports to the contrary.
Can anyone confirm whether it could also work with 15.4, or if it can trigger an iOS update? Also, is it necessary to remove JB beforehand? Thanks in advance for your help.

honestly it’s whatever, you might have a battery warning message but new battery will still work just fine
