Data loss//Media missing

Hello 👋
[After installing and then removing an old version of Cephei to access Shortmoji2 settings, my pictures started “refreshing”]
(see in the video below).

I also have the conflicting tweaks attached that might’ve played a role but here’s the problem;

Not all pictures came back, only 19k of the 21+ did.
Especially my albums are effected since they’re still present but missing all media.

Any help would be hugely appreciated. Maybe it’s possible to recreate this refresh? Going by my storage the old pictures aren’t gone but just, not there.

You can use Flora or Spectrum to get custom iOS color schemes

I use spectrum bc Flora is broken for me

Back on topic, this could just be a problem with iCloud
