Phone hasn't been jailbreaked but is in a bootloop after it was updating through an outage. ITunes restore results in the "4013" error. If anyone has any idea I would love to hear some help or get pointed in the right direction

4013 indicates a hardware issue

DFU (Device Firmware Upgrade) mode is a mode which allows a device in any condition to be restored to a fresh version of iOS (not to be confused with Recovery Mode). This can also be used to jailbreak using checkra1n and palera1n!

undone pier have you tried restoring through dfu

I have which didn’t change anything but I only have the windows .exe of iTunes

So I am trying apple devices atm hoping it will have a different result

Also if any details are required do tell. I’ll try to supply that but I don’t know what is all required or could be useful
