Hello,

So I got myself a new iPhone. I'm an iPhone X 13.6.1 going to an iPhone 14 Pro 16.3.

My question is, I'd like to keep my text messages.. can I use the 'Quick Start' feature at the beginning, and not have any fear of the device updating itself, or causing problems with a future JailBreak?

Will using this type of transfer cause incompatibilities or 'dirty' the iOS in any way?

If this isn't the correct way to do it, how should I proceed? Or should I just start completely fresh..?

I wish to JailBreak with Dopamine when it comes out.
