been at it all night on both windows + macOS 12.7.1

theres no way its a driver issue at this point like the troubleshoot guide mentions

it hangs at waiting for device to disconnect after the screen flashes green

then its just stuck at apple logo

ok, im having this issue again on an AppleTV HD now. Trying to get back on 17.0 bc i butchered my install messing with files in sshrd, and a reset didnt fix.
I am told this restore will work on apple tv since theres no cryptex.
Had to downgrade to 13.4.8 in order to set nonce, trying to update back to 17.0 again

but getting the same problem and Legacy iOS Kit doesnt work for ATVs

I tried all night yesterday too, even updated back to 17.3 to see if it was a 13.x thing. Couldnt get it going. And the blob is good bc i get the green flash. Wish there was an earlier FR build i could try? I used to be able to restore fine before 309

Like, this has to be a real issue because the iphone 7 restores fine with Legacy iOS toolkit, but not with FR (it gets stuck in the same spot)

Literally just downgraded a 6s+ from 15.8.1 to 14.3 to test and it worked fine…

But this ATV keeps failing to get to 17.0

.. i just did a restore to 17.2 with blobs from blobsaver on this same ATV and it worked

but its failing with my 17.0 from sshrd fetched with 15.4 ramdisk

is there any situation where sshrd blobs could fail to be used?

I see, These are OTA blobs. So i need to do a pwnd restore. But i get 'assure failed' everytime. Is there a problem with A8 @long crane ? Ive tried everything now and cant get this restore done

Restore works to 17.0 on my other HD with normal blobs. But not this one with OTA blobs (needs pwn)
