i got palera1n on my phone but its saying 'unable to fetch bootstraps' in red text & when i go to actions > open sileo it doesn't do anything

i think this phone might have already been jailbroken

since it came completely erased & i bought it from a lost luggage store

meaning someone would've had to break into the phone and reset the imei all that to actually get it to be in the state it is rn
