device?
iPad 6
@prisma pike do you dare try get it to work on iOS 11
someone told me it works on >11.3? was that wrong lol
of all the things thats the last thing i would expect to break
yea it's supposed to work on >=11.3 but i was never able to test on ios 11
i had an ios 11 device but it was on 11.2.1 lol
the two options you have are that
and this
stuff
im not sure what you're going to update to though
I'm trying to update to 17.0.3, which looks like the lowest available version for me
Can 11 go to 16 first though
it will tell you to connect to iTunes to update
Or is 15 the hard deck
am I screwed then? I can only ota to apple's latest (17.2.1)?
Woe
we tried forcing a 12.4 device to 16 through OTA, it didn't work
If only Apple made an ota upgrade path

Kept a version ota signed so it could still ota
I have blobs for 13.4 if that helps but I don't have a mac/linux
wouldn't help
- i don't think SEP is compatible that low
- even if it was, you'd now be on too high of an SEP to use delay OTA
!t sepbb
Currently you can restore to the following versions with the latest SEP, baseband, and U1 (if on A13 or newer non-SE iPhone's) for your device: (someone correct this its still worded like the old tag is still here)
For restores on devices that support iOS 15 and Wi-Fi only iPads, you currently must use the latest beta version of FutureRestore, see /tag futurerestore for a link.
Use delayota sep /s
how 2 set sep nonc
Time to completely RE the ota process
ok thanks - so essentially my two options are stay on ios 11 or go to ios 17.2.1 without jailbreak right?
Make a couple hundred bucks selling it for
epic rare iOS version!!!!
Then buy a new one on a more modern iOS like 15
Then you can ota

isn't palera1n only up to 17.2? if I ota with apple it would give me 17.2.1 I believe
Palera1n is a hardware jailbreak, it uses checkm8 (arm64/ A11 and below)
awesome, thanks!
