Would it ever be possible to get tweaks on my current setup (iPhone 11 Pro Max, ios 16) i have a few ideas for tweaks and not sure about how to get them or if its possible at all

Depends what version of iOS 16 you have

If you have 16.0-16.5, you could either use mdc or kfd to get some smaller tweaks and trollstore
