Restart into non-jailbroken state, then connect your iDevice to your palera1n computer, go to options and hit „RestoreRootFS“ so its enabled. You can also enable „Verbose“ if you wanna see iPhones internal processes.

Double check after, that all jailbreaks apps dissapear.
