Anyone have any idea what would cause this error and how to fix it? It also happened to me over a year ago when I tried to delay OTA to 15.4.1. Still kinda pissed that I wasn’t able to get it to work back then.

Can you check Settings > Privacy > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data for any logs that begin with OTAUpdate and send them to me?

Preferably the latest one, which should be the lowest when it shows up

Interesting thing is... I use UTM on this iPad and I can’t install any OS it just fails. I have to copy the file manually after installing on another device. It’s like it corrupts
