Hey everyone, currently running an iPhone XS Max jb’ed using unc0ver on 14.8 but having some issues with apps no longer supporting this version as well as issues like messages not coming through sometimes.

Is there a path for me to upgrade and retain a JB or am I s.o.l and should I just delay OTA to 16.5.1 and wait to see?

Is there a decent guide for delay OTA as well haven’t been able to find the one I used before and need a solid reliable guide

DelayOTA is a process of upgrading to versions for up to 90 days after a new version is released. With Dahlia you can extend this period for a few more days.

DelayOTA is mainly used for companies to upgrade to versions more later than usual, these guides just help normal users achieve the same thing.

Note

  • You cannot downgrade using DelayOTA
  • You can find what DelayOTA versions are available here
  • This won't work if you futurerestored with a SEP that's newer than the version you're trying to go to.
  • This won’t work for betas!

The linked guide is the exact one I couldn’t find before!!! Tyty will look at delay OTA’ing to 16.5
