Hello,
This is on an iPad 3 running 9.3.5.
It was jailbroken once previously, but was Factory Defaulted since then.

Issue is that I cannot refresh sources, and I don't believe Cydia is up to date as of now.

I used Phoenix to re-jailbreak, and it said Kickstart Jailbreak instead of just Jailbreak which I thought was interesting.

I checked my firewall to make sure I wasn't causing the 403 Forbidden due to it, and it's definitely from the server. I am attaching another pic of that string as well.

Any help is appreciated!

What happened was you factory reset. Don't do that. Use iTunes to restore and rejailbreak

Ok, so a restoring is how I clean the previous jailbreak? And then just try the whole process again?
