During a cydia update my ipad crashed and it opened to no apps like literally none of the stock apps exist or any apps exist.
Tried getting altstore back but even that requires the settings app to verify the certificate.
Search does not work too trying it resprings the device.
Is there anyway for me to stay on ios 13 to keep my JB or do i need to restore to stock latest ipad os?

they can't open the jailbreak app to restore rootfs because they need the settings app to trust the certificate

Try to restore iPad in the recovery mode. You will need to restore to the latest. And you will lose all your data

Idea: what if you change your Apple ID password, wait for the iPad to pop up with the "Please enter your Apple ID password" prompt which has a direct button to open Settings, and then once the Settings app is open you can trust the apps
