In Filza, I accidentally selected and clicked trash on everything in the root folder. I closed Filza quickly and it only touched the /Applications folder. Afterwards, I replaced the /Applications folder with the Applications folder in the trash. (probably should have merged them instead) Since some had not been trashed, I restored the missing ones from the 14.4 IPSW. Now, I’m unable to open the Photos app because it crashes. All of the other system apps work fine.

In this case you may need to do something the likes of a succession restore
Which takes the contents of the ipsw and correctly replaces modified system versions with clean ones
https://samgisaninja.github.io/test contains the beta build of succession which will allow you to attempt a restore with it, but this will reset all of the data on your device sadly
