its really hard to find any tutorials on how to do this and the ones that are out there are very old.

and when I try to download blobs the website fails im using: https://tsssaver.1conan.com/v2/

if someone could walk me through this that would be super help full

you cannot downgrade to 16.3.1 becuase it is unsigned
