#tweaks not working

I'm using Paleraln C on a iPhone X on 16.0.2 and tweaks are not showing up I tried downloading cylinder rebound and it didn't work all tweaks won't show up in settings and are not working. Also I already tried enabling tweaks thru the paleran app.
