and then you open the loader app and install bootstrap

if the loader app didn't appear then you kernel panicked and should send a panic log

to get it, use the palera1n shortcut avaliable on their discord, or respring manually, or find it on the app library

I had the same problem, I tried several times on ubuntu and nothing, I used palen1x and it went the first time
