align watch and carrier SKUs so that the Watch app think that both watch and carrier SKUs match.
We can't edit watch SKU, therefore we need to adjust supported SKU value in "Carrier Bundle".?
there is a guid made by credit u/rider1493 which is not clear and doesn't workout well
Apple Watch Ultra comes with watchOS 9.x and can only pair with iOS 16.x+. Therefore need to find a solution with iOS 16.

I was wondering, so to see if you can edit files on the device, the only jailbreak for it is fugu15 which is mostly developers only and I don’t know much about it
