This is my 3rd iPhone 12 Pro swap
Got frustrated cause they did not have parts in store after failed diagnosis . Did not wanted to swap it . I can go to different store and they will attempt to fix it . I guess if they can’t swap it . Not even apple care helps .
It’s already 5 pm and don’t have a time to go on other side of town so they can attempt to fix it and I know they will not but swap it out
Last two times same issue and they swapped it

yup, wifi and bt grey out together because they're on the same (failed) chip

Well thanks . We will find out on Thursday if they going to fix it or swap it . Also I asked talked to Apple advisory and told them my frustration with same repetitive issue this version of iPhone . Will see !
