i accidently restarted my iphone and my volume down button is broken so i cant rejailbreak my iphone to remove jailbreak and update my iphone. i am using an iphone 8 on ios 14.7.1 any tips on how to update my iphone

You can use finder/iTunes to update

You should get your volume button fixed

Sure but to jailbreak will be an issue seeing as checkra1n would need such button to enter DFU
