So my homepod mini just arrived and I set it up. But now, whenever I try to open the Home app it crashes on launch. I tried respringing (via Trollstore) and rebooting my phone.
Note: Persistence Helper is not installed on the Home app.

I also can’t delete the Home app (see screenshot)

Extra info:
Using an iPhone 13 Pro on iOS 15.5b4 with Trollstore installed.

I just have TrollFront

#

An issue like this is impossible to diagnose without crash logs

Don’t even need filza

Settings > Privacy > Analytics & improvements > Analytics Data

Scroll through and hunt down the home app

Hm, the crash is a bit out there for me since there’s nothing immediately wrong I can see

Is it possible to like reset/remove the homepod?

#

Since that's causing the crash

#

Maybe if I can do that, I can reinstall the home app shrug

You could try reset your phone since that’d probably clear the pairing

#

But yknow

#

You’re jailbroken and probably don’t want to reset your phone

weak shuttle
#

I'm not really jailbroken

#

But yeah I don't wanna lose the data

#

Maybe that Appmanager app can reset the home app shrug

#

I'm gonna try that instead

#

Nvm, the home app isn't even listed on there fr

I wouldn't know

But the issue is fixed now. Here is what I did:

I realised that the mac also has a Home app, so I went and removed the Homepod mini from my icloud account, now I could uninstall the Home app on my iphone. Once I did that, I reinstalled the app, paired the Homepod mini again and now everything works fine.
