I can run unsigned .ipa?

I installed Angry Birds GO! from an ipa file using AppSync (I owned AB GO! in my old account) and I can run it in unjailbroken state, but I can’t run other unsigned apps such as ScreenshotX, Cydia and Filza. How?? (I can’t see it in my current Apple Account downloads list)

Because you need to rejailbreak in order to run tweaks

But Angry Birds GO! installed from an ipa file with AppSync

but I can run it without tweaks

Also I can see it in updates section in App Store

Could it be possible that the reason the app runs in a non-jailbroken state is because you reinstalled it from the purchased list? or perhaps you're still in a jailbroken state?

I restarted my device

So I’m not in jail broken state

I can’t see it in purchases list unfortunately

Then the third possibility is that it was signed via AltStore, sideloady or something else
