Currently I'm using 16.1 20B5045d, but I want downgrade to 15.7.1. As I saw, 15.7.1 is still signed (or no?), so, can I downgrade?

Device: iPhone 8 Plus, A11.

iOS 15.6 RC is still being signed, download de ipsw and restore from iTunes/Finder, then ota for 15.7.1 is available, 15.6 is also available with delayed ota

#Can I downgrade from 16.1?
