Error on Trollstore SSH Ramdisk method

When I do the "sudo bash ./sshrd.sh 15.3.1 TrollStore Tips" command it says "Error: file Firmware/.trustcache does not exist, or is a directory"
I'm on an iPhone 6s Plus on 15.3.1
