#Can I still future restore my XR from 14.3 to 15.1.1 with blobs?

And if so, is 15.1.1 the best version to restore to? A link to the latest futurerestore guide would be great too, all of the guides I've seen look out of date. Thank you!

Currently you can restore to the following versions with the latest SEP, baseband, and U1 (if on A13 or newer non-SE iPhone's) for your device:

For restores on devices that support iOS 15 and Wi-Fi only iPads, you currently must use the latest beta version of FutureRestore, see /tag futurerestore for a link.
