I'm on an iPhone 7, iOS 14.4.1 jailbroken with checkra1n

basically i was playing clash royale and it randomly crashed, so i reopened it... fine, it worked... then i closed it, wanted to open another app and it didnt open, tried opening all the apps and none wanted to open
not even the settings app

that happened to me multiple times, and i always have to restart to fix it

that issue does not occur when not jailbroken

Any idea? please im begging you guys, it happens so often

How to Reboot Userspace

PowerSelector

Add ichitaso's repo
Install PowerSelector (iOS 11 to 14)
An app will appear on your home screen labeled: PowerSelector
Launch the app and tap Userspace Reboot

PowerApp

Add the Chariz Repo
Install PowerApp
An app will appear on your home screen labeled: PowerApp
Launch the app and tap Soft Reboot

Note: Users on older jailbreaks may only have an option to LDrestart. if you do, use that button instead.

Terminal/Shell
launchctl reboot userspace

the thing is that even after that reboot userspace

it will start slowing down after a while
