That is described in palera1n github that using a Ryzen machine can cause problems, and that inflating gaster thing, can be related to Ryzen (or maybe a coincidence) but in my case, another computer, with intel processor solved that part of my problem

No code, no fingerprint, and factory reset
Trying to semi-tethered
Using linux in an intel machine
I´ve done everything almost into the end, It completed Phase1, and then I had to force reboot my Ipad 6th. Then it switched to normal mode, with no palera1n loader, nothing.. It did not respring, nothing more.. It looks like not jailbroken.. But if I check the storage is now using more space than before. I got error at the end, and I send it so anyone can help me..

I´d like to also know if doing the tethered method is possible.. Because I was trying to do it, but at the end of the process, I was always stuck in Ipad Restore screen.. Best way is to quick volup, quick voldown, then hold the sleep and voldown for 5 seconds, then release the voldown but continue holding sleep for 5 more seconds (for iphone 8 at least)

try running one of the binaries manually in your terminal

it should error out

worst case scenario you can install every program in that folder from your package manager then just replace all of those binaries with symlinks to the one you installed

Ran the palera1n shortcut and it did not find the palera1n app. In my case, I never saw the app dispite receiving a success indication on my computer. After the ipad rebooted, it never respringed. I ran the palra1n command 3 times with success, each the same result. I did not restore rootfs as I never really had the jailbreak.
