hey all, i jb'd my iPhone10,4 on 16.2 with palera1n semi-tethered and it booted fine but ssh wasn't enabled (unsure if new update or something else) so after a reboot i tried to re-jailbreak and now it boots with verbose and seems like it fails to launch springboard or something else in userspace (blank screen, no apple logo for like 10 seconds, reboot) anybody would know how to go about this?

Thank you guys, palera1n 1.4 works well on iPhone 7 Plus. The only issue that I had is when a tweak didn’t work and I had to force restart, re jailbreak and the palera1n app didn’t work. I had to remove jailbreak and install it again, but it worked well

I had the same issue. It’s resolved when I first did the command that has the —restorerootfs. Then after I did the command that doesn’t include the —restorerootfs.

So I think the device gotta go into DFU mode twice. It’s tedious. For what I did at least.

• then you can tap the palera1n app and run Do All

Please keep in mind that you **cannot **use Cephi Tweak Support AND RocketBootStrap together. It will put you in a respring loop (i.e. kernel panic mode). You can only have either one. Until they get updated or code is implemented into future releases of palera1n.

Stick with tweaks that either depend on Cephi Tweak Support OR RocketBootStrap. Not both.

If you do end up installing RocketBootStrap, make sure you install libhooker-shim from The Odyssey repo and then `Remound r/w from loader app, and then Do all from the loader app. This is important step.

[Tutorial] Getting RocketBootStrap and Cephi Tweak Support working alongside with each other.

A. Download RocketBootStrap first. Before you do this, remove Cephi Tweak Support first.

1. Remove the Odyssey repo if you have it (to make sure you don't mistakenly install full libhooker, which does not work with palera1n)
2. Add the Havoc repo.
3. Install libhooker-shim (if it wants to remove Substitute, you've done something wrong) and go back to make sure you do NOT have Cephi Tweak Support installed. If you do, uninstall it.
4. Add the Odyssey repo.
5. Install RocketBootstrap from the Odyssey repo
6. Remove the Odyssey repo (this is to make sure you don't mistakenly install or update anything else from there)
7. In the palera1n loader app, select tools, and Remount R/w. Then click on Do All.

**B. Now we install Cephi Tweak Support. **

1. Install Cephi Tweak Support from Chariz repo.
2. In the palera1n loader app, select tools, and click on Remount r/w. Then click on Do All.

You can now install any tweaks that work with RocketBootStrap and Cephi Tweak Support and they can work alongside with each other. Reversing these steps puts you into respring loop/kernel panic mode. Hence, we have to install RBS first prior to Cephi Tweak Support.
