FilzaEscaped is an unofficial modification to Filza where you're able to modify system files without a need for a jailbreak.

What can it do?
On iOS 14 and below and below you're able to modify anything about the filesystem with little to no restrictions.

On iOS 15 you're only able to write to /var and /private/preboot.

You cannot do any sort of tweak injection, so your favorite tweaks like Atria, Newterm 2, and Snowboard will not work.

Is it safe to use?
The way FilzaEscaped works is with an exploit and a few bypasses, there's a few issues of this tool you need to bear in mind:

• Modifying certain system files will most likely cause your system to not boot. If you don't know what a files does, don't mess with it.

I have jb with palera1n using my mac but I will be getting a chromebook that has linux installed. Do I have to re jb with the linux or can I just use the linux to do any updates/fixes

I have a desktop mac and will be going away. I have been given a Chrombook that has linux on it. If something happens to my jailbroken Iphone and I have to boot it up again needing the mac can I just use the Linux system instead or does it have to be the mac since I used the mac first

You can try in a virtual machine

but I don't know if it will work and it'd be best if you had a usb controller directly connected to it (passtrough)

otherwhise you can boot a linux live usb/cd if you're fine with that method
