i have nearly the exact same issue. i have found that i open a deb file press and press share it'l let me share to Sileo and sileo will open. but the tools thing i have found that if i open pogo slide over and then press tips it works.but do all / respring don't appear to work the screen goes black and to the passscode screen i go. i am not sure about the last part so take it with a grain of salt. also ui cash doesn't work. ipad 5thgen wifi ios 15.7 rootles jb no passcode

• a decent percentage of people still do have 16GB devices (especially when you narrow it down to A8(X)/A9(X) where you’ll be able to use SEP functionality in a jailbroken state)
• there’s a technically better approach given that it’s a checkm8-based jailbreak (bind mounts - which would spend 700 MB instead of 5GB) - to be fair I don’t entirely know how much effort this would be to implement, but it’s still an overall better stopgap solution until rootless actually becomes a viable option (thanks to the fact that there is still no public way to get rootless tweak injection)

that being said I have yet to see what the “Jake James” method is of having rootfs-esque functionality without the 5GB storage waste and without the checkm8 requirement
