Okay it worked! However, since i am getting the ipsw from my windows ssd on a live usb session, it wasnt able to create any temp file on that directory, will turn the usb format to ntfs put the ipsw on the stick and try again. Will update.

Basically, you failed to specify 15.3.1 in custom latest, which caused futurerestore to use the components from 15.4 instead. These components are incompatible with anything except 15.4, in this case, the rose firmware component (U1 Chip Firmware) is the culprit of incompatibility. And since the firmware is incompatible the restore process tripped over while trying to flash the Rose firmware. Which caused it to exit abruptly and fail.

so let's say i save the linux_fix.sh in same folder with futurerestore so i type the command "chmod +x linux_fix.sh"?
